We offer in person visits at our location in Kailua, on Oahu. We also offer telehealth visits for individuals located anywhere in the state of Hawaii. Please note that individuals receiving certain prescription medications will be required to attend in person appointments based on state regulations. We can walk you through these details during your visit.

Restore accepts HMSA PPO and UHA insurance. We also offer out-of pocket services and appointments at the following rates:

• 60 minute appointment - $200

• 30 minute appointment - $100

• Additional FSM or other treatment beyond 60 min- $50/30min increment

Out of pocket prices are time-based and inclusive of FSM, psychotherapy or whichever service the patient requires during that time. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Fee

Our No Show/Late Cancellation fee is $50 for 15-30 min appointments and $100 for appointments longer than 1 hour, which will automatically be assessed after 2 no-show/late cancellations in the calendar year. Cancellation must be requested 48 hours or more before an appointment so that services can be offered to others.

While the focus of the clinic is on treating mental health conditions, the interventions used, such as FSM, are quite effective for other issues in the body such as pain, inflammation and other physical ailments. Treatment of these issues is likely available through Restore in addition to the care you receive from other providers as Restore doese not operate as a primary care clinic. Please discuss your goals with the clinic via the Contact page or directly during one of your treatment sessions.

Yes, we are happy to provide services in conjunction with other treating providers, whether they by other therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, etc. Visits can be focused on medication, FSM, deprescribing or any avaliable treatment option offered in the clinic that will serve you best.
